Acrylic Softener Flake CY-9007 is provided in a convenient flake form, typically appearing as pale yellow flakes. Its composition is based on aliphatic acid and aliphatic amine compounds. This product exhibits a weak cationic ionic character and presents a pH value between 4.5 and 6.5 when prepared as a 6-10% solution. One of its key properties is its ability to work wonderfully on terylene and blending products, imparting a desirable soft hand feel to the treated materials.
Proper dilution is crucial for optimal performance. To prepare the working solution, pour the flakes into room temperature water in a proportion of 5-8%. Stir the mixture and heat it to 75-80ºC. Continue stirring until the flakes melt completely and the solution becomes a paste. This melting process typically takes approximately 60 minutes.
Acrylic Softener Flake CY-9007 can be applied using standard textile finishing processes. For the padding method, a concentration of 2-3 grams per liter is recommended. The fabric is then processed via exhaust and pad techniques at a temperature of 30-40ºC. Alternatively, the dipping process can be employed at a concentration of 0.3-0.8% (o.w.f - on weight of fabric). The recommended bath ratio for dipping is 1:10-15, and the treatment should be carried out for 15 minutes at a temperature of 40-50ºC.
Storage and handling recommendations ensure the product's stability and effectiveness. The shelf life of Acrylic Softener Flake CY-9007 is 1 year when stored in a cool, dry, and dark room. The product is supplied in 25 KG nylon woven bags, designed for convenient transport and storage.
