The dissolution of our softener flakes is straightforward. For cold water preparation, flakes can be gradually added to water at room temperature (5-10% proportion), soaked for 60-90 minutes until fully swollen, then stirred at low speed to form a uniform slurry. For hot water dissolution, flakes are added gradually to water heated to 65-70°C (5-10% proportion) and stirred for 30-60 minutes until an even paste forms, which is then cooled. These methods ensure a stable and ready-to-use solution for finishing.


Application of the softened solution can be carried out through various methods. For padding processes, a typical dosage ranges from 20-30g/L (10% solution) at temperatures between 30-40°C, often applied with one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads. In dipping applications, a dosage of 3-8% (o.w.f.) (10% solution) is recommended, with a liquor ratio of 1:10-15, at temperatures of 40-50°C for approximately 30 minutes. These flexible application methods ensure optimal results across different production setups.
