Dissolving Method for Optimal Use
To ensure the best results, we provide clear instructions for preparation:
Cold Water Method: Gradually add the flakes to 30°C water in a 6-10% proportion while stirring gently for 3-5 minutes. After letting the solution stand for 1-2 hours, a final slow stir will produce a smooth, ready-to-use paste.
Warm Water Method: Add the flakes to room temperature water (6-10% proportion), stir for 3-5 minutes, then heat the solution to 50-60°C. Continue stirring for another 30-60 minutes to achieve a homogenous paste, which should be cooled before use.

Recommended Usage
For optimal application, we recommend the following methods:
Padding Method: Use a dosage of 20-30g/L (10% solution) at a temperature of 30-40°C. The process can be a single dip, single pad or double dip, double pad.
Dipping Method: A dosage of 3-8% (o.w.f) of a 10% solution is recommended. The process should be carried out at 40-50°C with a liquor ratio of 1:10-15 for 30 minutes.
